The staff was attentive and caring and we could use wake up calls and ironing free of charge. Thoroughly enjoyed the tastefully decorated and well-appointed room with great views and the way it was setup.

The location was stunning, close to Sri Lanka and PEOPLE, lush gardens with palm trees and lawns throughout, and Pasikudha beach. It also was in a beautiful environment.

Our family had the most amazing stay at The Calm Resort & Spa in Passikudah. The beach was absolutely breathtaking, and we enjoyed beautiful sunrises every morning. The spacious rooms provided all the necessary amenities, and the sea-facing views were simply spectacular. The resort staff were incredibly kind and generous, making us feel right at home. The food was delicious, especially the mouthwatering seafood grill. The peaceful ambiance and relaxing atmosphere were perfect for a family getaway. We also loved the well-maintained garden and the playground for the kids.

For dads, it would be great if there were hammocks on the beach.

The daily breakfast was savoury with an a la carte option, selections from top to bottom plus chicken sausage. We thoroughly enjoyed the room was, it was good sized and fashionable. We walked everywhere, the location was EXCELLENT and lovely, to shops by tuk tuk.

I had an amazing experience at Calm Resort & Spa. From the moment I arrived, the staff treated me with exceptional hospitality, always going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The proximity of the hotel to the beach was incredible - I could easily go from relaxing by the pool to swimming in the sea within minutes. The gym was well-equipped, and there were even facilities for those who wanted to play volleyball.

During my Xmas vacation at this resort, I was pleased to receive complimentary drinks and a fruit basket upon arrival. the resort's location near the beach was fantastic and provided a stunning view. the resort's staff was friendly and accommodating, making my stay much more enjoyable.

The resort lacked more entertainment options and activities and had a limited variety of food options. the resort's gym was poorly maintained and required updating.

This hotel offers luxurious and exclusive amenities that meet all of our needs. The service is exceptional, with a friendly and attentive staff. The Spa & wellness centre is a must-visit, boasting an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and steam room. The outdoor swimming pool is perfect for lounging, with easy beach access for a dip in the sea. The sun terrace and garden area offer ample space for relaxing under the sun. The bar/lounge area is ideal for a drink, and the restaurant serves delicious cuisine, including in-room breakfast.

There was just one minor issue during our stay. The karaoke was a bit loud and disrupted the tranquility of the spa lounge.

During my stay at Calm Resort & Spa, I had a great time enjoying the beautiful views from the second floor rooms. The pool was fantastic, and the nearby beach offered a calming experience. I also appreciated the variety of sea sports available, such as jet ski rides and snorkeling. The staff at the reception and guest relations were amazing, making me feel welcomed and ensuring any issues were promptly addressed. The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable with a lovely view of the sea. The buffet at the main restaurant had a good selection of Western and Sri Lankan food, and the live cooking stations added a special touch. I had a memorable and enjoyable stay at this excellent hotel.

Although my stay was mostly positive, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The a la carte menu could have offered more variety and the doors of my room had a brief issue with the lock.

The location was perfect, just steps from the pristine beach. The rooms were spacious and clean, with air conditioning and a ceiling fan. The bed was extremely comfortable. The pool was small but very relaxing, surrounded by lush gardens. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

The breakfast buffet was overpriced and lacked variety. The restaurant atmosphere felt chaotic and unorganized.

I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel. The location was perfect since it was right by the beach. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive and the facilities provided such as the gym and pool area were great. Additionally, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful at all times.

The room was very comfortable with a deluxe feel and the bathroom was beautiful with a rainshower. The pool was stunning, overlooking a long and wide beach. The gym was top-notch and the buffet breakfast was excellent. Nice and caring staff.
